Our custom training is a personalized approach to employee development, designed to meet the unique needs of a company’s workforce. We are offering free, no obligation, needs consultations with companies (big and small) to see what options work best for you.

The primary goals of custom training are determined in partnership with the client during a free needs consultation. This collaborative process ensures that the training aligns with the organization’s objectives, whether it's improving leadership capabilities, enhancing emotional intelligence, or fostering better communication and relationship skills.

Our custom training covers a broad range of topics, primarily focusing on:

- Soft Skills: Enhancing interpersonal abilities and professional interactions.

- Emotional Intelligence: Improving self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy.

- Leadership: Developing strategic thinking, decision-making, and team management skills.

- Relationship/Networking Skills: Building effective professional networks and relationships.

Training can be delivered in various formats to accommodate client needs:

- In-Person Workshops: Preferred for their interactive and engaging nature, these sessions can range from one hour to a full week or more, depending on client requirements. From 1 hour to multi-day workshops or ongoing programs. We schedule our training according to budget and purpose.

- Online Training: Convenient for teams with multiple branches, online sessions are recommended to last no longer than three hours to maintain engagement. Sessions up to 3 hours. Depending on the topic multiple sessions might be required.

  

Custom training programs can be highly specific, targeting individual roles or departments, or more general, catering to entire teams. The level of customization depends on the client's specific needs and objectives.
